Free Shipping

Floyd & Green Fine Jewelers offers free standard shipping on all orders up to $1000 and free 2-day shipping on all orders over $1000 that are placed through our website.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 days from the date of order
• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 days from the date of order
• Curbside & Instore Pickup: available same day if order is placed before 12pm

We do not ship over the weekends, and the cutoff time for shipments are 2pm on Thursdays. If your order is confirmed after 2pm on Thursday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed by Floyd & Green Fine Jewelers or its carriers. We do our best to accomplish the above stated targets and goals but cannot be held responsible for events that cause the carriers to be delayed.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

Each Floyd & Green Fine Jewelers shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature is required, orders may be delivered to your place of work or another more convenient destination. In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternate addresses need to be confirmed with your credit card or financing institution. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate address.

In-stock & Special Order Purchases

You will receive a purchase confirmation via e-mail once your credit card information has been verified and authenticated. You can expect our in-stock items to ship the same or next day. Special orders require additional time for processing and cannot ship same day. You can expect your special order to arrive on average 4 to 6 weeks. (Subject to change)

How Do I Return an Item?

Returns & Exchanges*

Items purchased from Floyd & Green Jewelers may be returned or exchanged, when accompanied by the sales slip, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box. Sale items, special orders, completed layaways, modified (including ring size) and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Contact our Customer Service department at 803-649-6005. Advise the representative that you wish to return your order. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#), place your item in its original box and include everything that was included when you received it. Carefully and securely package it and take it to the nearest Post Office. Insure your item for its full retail value, and simply mail it back to us registered mail. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. Bank wires will be refunded by company check. IMPORTANT: Please do not ship any package to Floyd & Green Fine Jewelers without first obtaining a valid RA# and insuring it for the total retail value. Please call 803-649-6005 to obtain an RA#.
